Beautiful Agates
LLC, was formed by Michael Carlson and Austen Cargill with one goal
in mind - to provide you access to outstanding fortification agates
including: Mexican, Botswana, Fairburn, Lake Superior, and many
others. Effective January 2007, Michael became the sole owner of
the company.

Our company
includes the agate-nodule.com web site. This online store features
many types of collector agate specimens. The primary focus is on
the banded agate varieties, but other beautiful rocks and minerals
are also available for sale. If you have good quality agates to
sell, we would be interested in seeing them, and we also buy entire
collections.
The Gallery
The gallery
of specimens is for your enjoyment, and these pieces are not offered
for purchase. If you have an agate that you would like to have considered
for posting in the gallery, we encourage you to send us a picture
with identifying information. You may have your agate posted anonymously
if that is your preference. The gallery is updated sporadically.
Fortification
Press
The company
also owns Fortification Press, a publishing company which produced
"The Beauty of Banded Agates" book. See our publications
page for more information about this and other books.
Store Policies
We will strive
to bring you the best quality products available, and we stand behind
our merchandise. If you are not 100 per cent satisfied for any reason,
you may return the merchandise for a full refund. Please see the
Order Information page for details.
Payment Options
To make your
purchase easier, we accept Visa and Master Card. Personal checks,
money orders, and international drafts drawn on a U.S. bank are
also acceptable. You may order online, by phone, or by mail. All
orders will be taken on a first come basis by payment. The best
way to ensure getting a specimen is to order online.
Mailing
List
If you wish
to receive notice of new merchandise and specials, you may add your
name to our mailing list by using the Contact Us page. We do not
sell or share our list with anyone. Mailed or emailed information
is very infrequent.
Privacy
Policy
In order to process your orders, we may collect information including
your name, address, telephone number, and credit card information.
This information is never shared with any other person or business
for any purpose. The Beautiful Agates web site is set up with secure
socket layer technology for encrypted communications and transactions.
